The Visayan 18 carries two anchor windlasses. Shop forman Romeo Maceda is installing the powerful Lofrans electric windlass with a lighter manual windlass seen in the background. The deck areas are kept covered by cardboard throughout this work to protect the final non-skid deck paint that has been applied.
